By accessing and using CyberAI v2 ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

CyberAI v2 provides AI-powered coding assistance through multiple LLM models, tools, and agents. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API key. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service
• Share your API key publicly
• Generate malicious code or content

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

CyberAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
